Short films deserve more attention!
At least, that's how we feel at Cul de Sac. That's why twice a year we are organising the 'Avond van de Korte Film' (Evening of short films), an evening without limits, but with an extensive repertoire of short films in every possible genre. Horror or comedy, narrative or abstract, eight-millimeter or animation.. all is possible.
Our upcoming edition, the first of this year, will be on Tuesday May 25th 2010. With a somewhat renewed concept, in a comfortable surrounding of Cinema Nostalgia. Submerge yourself in this evenings unique atmosphere and expect to be surprised.
Obviously our 'Avond van de Korte Film' would be nothing without films! Did you ever produce a short movie, which is under 10 minutes duration, and are you looking for a chance to show it to an audience? Then fill out the form below and send us your film. Of course it's also possible to drop it off at our bar. Address and conditions can be found below as well.
Submission all year long possible.

(please state your name on the tape/dvd/package!) After the reitrieval of your film you'll recieve a confirmation email.
Conditions for participating:
- maximum duration of the film is 10 minutes, including titles and end credits.
- Films can be submitted only in DVD-video format.
- Cul de Sac nor its employees are responsible for damage to and/or loss of DVDs. So make sure you are sending a copy!
- DVD's can be collected at the bar immediately after the event has finished.
- Upon submission you are generally guaranteed to be on the programme. However, if confronted with an excessive amount of enthousiasm (= lots of films) the organisation reserves the right to apply selection criteria after all.
